In this example let us change 2 roles called ZTEST and ZTEST1 at the same time and The add the organisational value(s) - CC01, CC02 for authorisation field - $BUKRS
Switching back to the 'Values' Tab, the characteristics and its values must be selected and copied, then the mass change may be carried out (F8). Please note, once the 'Copy char. Values' button has been clicked, the characteristic values will not be highlighted anymore as shown below. 1898778-How to mass update the SNC Name/Canonical Name of a user Symptom You have a large number of users and you want to update all of them at once to smooth your work.
The change option can be used for - Adding, Removing All Values and Replacing. You can see that we are adding 2 values CC01 and CC02 at the same time.

In this mode the changes are made immediately and displayed in a results list.

Symptom
- How to mass change inspection characteristics, which are assigned to routings (Task List Type 'N') and not to inspection plans (Task List Type 'Q')?
- Transaction CWBQM does not allow editing routings, where the inspection characteristics are assigned.
- Transaction CEWB allows editing routings, but does not allow editing inspection characteristics, as the menu option 'Task lists > Inspection Characteristics' is grayed out.
